Moreover, the new hire will represent Meta in meetings with music industry executives and will be expected to share insights about the music ecosystem. This opportunity calls for someone with at least 8 years of experience in business development or music partner relationship management, fluency in Spanish, and a comprehensive understanding of global music licensing.

Preferably, applicants should also have commercial leadership experience, especially in technology firms, and a proven track record in digital music negotiations. The role demands strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams within an entrepreneurial environment.
