As a Relationship Manager, the selected candidate will play an essential role in building relationships with educators, administrators, and key figures within their territory. The job involves identifying growth opportunities and creating strategic plans to enhance Music & Arts' presence in the education sector, ultimately driving sales. Regular engagement with educators through in-person and virtual meetings is also part of the role.
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a music-related field and knowledge of band or orchestral instruments. Good communication and presentation skills are essential, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office. There’s also a preference for candidates with experience working in the music industry and the ability to communicate in Spanish.
