As a Store Manager, you will be tasked with achieving revenue and EBITDA targets, managing P&L, and ensuring staffing and coverage meet the demands of the business. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, interviewing, and training staff, while also promoting a positive customer experience. Effective performance management and organizational skills are crucial, as you will be leading and mentoring your team towards achieving company goals.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of four years of relevant experience, including supervisory or management roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, along with the ability to work weekends and holidays. Candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree and understanding of retail systems are preferred.
