Mirror Stage, a progressive arts nonprofit based in Seattle, is actively seeking a skilled and detail-oriented sound engineer to join their team as a Podcast Producer. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of production for The Mirror Stage Podcast, which includes responsibilities ranging from technical tasks to administrative duties.

The ideal applicant should have a minimum of two years' experience with audio editing software such as Audacity, Pro-Tools, or GarageBand. Proficiency with digital audio tools is crucial, as candidates will be responsible for managing podcast episodes, from pre-production to post-production. In addition, candidates must be based in the greater Seattle Metropolitan area to facilitate necessary in-person duties and collaborations.
