Acclaimed electronic trio RFS DU SOL is gearing up for the release of their fifth studio album, titled Inhale / Exhale, set to arrive on October 11 via Rose Avenue/Reprise Records. Fans have been treated to a taste of the new project with the release of their latest single, Break My Love, which showcases the band's signature blend of organic and electronic sounds.

This upcoming album marks a new chapter for RFS DU SOL, as they dive into emotional themes intertwined with expansive soundscapes. Inhale / Exhale follows their critically acclaimed 2021 album, Surrender, and is expected to continue exploring familiar emotional territories such as love, heartbreak, and euphoria, while adopting a more mature and intricate sonic palette.

Singles like Break My Love, along with previous tracks such as Music is Better and Lately, illustrate the emotional depth that the album promises to deliver. Notably, Break My Love has been accompanied by a visually striking music video directed by Katzki, presenting a nostalgic heist narrative that captures the playful essence of the band's artistry.

Since the release of Surrender, RFS DU SOL has gained recognition, winning a Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Recording in 2022 and receiving further nominations the following year. The trio has made significant impacts at major festivals worldwide, including performances at iconic venues like Red Rocks and the Hollywood Bowl.

In anticipation of the album release, RFS DU SOL will headline the Portola Festival in San Francisco on September 28. Moreover, the band is set to return as the sole electronic headliner at the Lollapalooza South American festivals in 2025. Fans can pre-order the album here.
