Are you passionate about music and education? School of Rock, the pioneer of performance-based music education, is on the lookout for a Studio Coordinator to join their vibrant team. Established in 1998 in Philadelphia, they now boast over 350 locations worldwide, making them the largest after-school music education provider in the industry. This is more than just a typical administrative role; it involves developing a thriving community for young musicians.

The Studio Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the school, acting as the primary administrative point of contact. This position requires outstanding customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Report directly to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex schedules in a busy music school.
  • Assisting the General Manager with various tasks.
  • Scheduling and conducting tours for potential students and their parents.
  • Welcoming and supporting students.
  • Managing school opening and closing procedures.
  • Answering phones, fielding inquiries, and promoting the music program.
  • Completing special projects, preparing reports, and handling administrative tasks including billing.
