Sean "Diddy" Combs has been denied bail in his ongoing sex trafficking and racketeering case. Following his arrest in Manhattan, New York, on September 16, 2024, the music mogul faces charges including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion. Combs pleaded not guilty to all charges.

During a Tuesday court appearance, federal judge Robyn Tarnofsky ordered Combs to remain in federal custody, citing significant concerns surrounding his alleged substance abuse, anger issues, and potential flight risk. Prosecutors argued that he would pose a threat to the community if released, highlighting his history of physical and sexual violence. They also indicated that he had attempted to contact Kalenna Harper, an alleged witness, over 100 times to influence her testimony.

Combs' defense team previously proposed a USD $50 million bond secured by his Miami residence for home detention, which was rejected by the judge. They plan to appeal the bail denial, emphasizing Combs’ claims of innocence in the wake of numerous allegations against him, including a lawsuit filed by his ex-girlfriend Cassie in November 2023, which accused him of physical and sexual abuse.

Concerns about Combs' actions continued as new claims emerged from various individuals, including a former model and a producer, alleging sexual misconduct. Amidst these challenges, Diddy maintains his stance of innocence and is preparing to fight the ongoing legal battles against him.
