The MusicianShip (TMS) is on a mission to empower youth and emerging musicians from historically marginalized communities in the DC metropolitan area by providing free music education and enrichment programs. They are looking for mission-driven individuals to join their team and inspire the next generation of musicians.

TMS specifically seeks Music Instructors for several roles, including Band Instructor (Woodwind/Brass), Drumline Instructor, Music Production Instructor, Vocal Music Instructor, and General Music Instructor. These positions will focus on delivering innovative, educational afterschool music programming, covering music theory, performance, and socio-emotional learning.
