Tycho, the project led by Scott Hansen, has unveiled its sixth studio album titled Infinite Health. Released just days ago, this album marks a continuation of Tycho's signature sound while venturing into new territory. The record features a blend of analog psychedelic tones and electronic beats that fans have come to love, showcasing the talent of Scott Hansen along with collaborators Zac Brown, Rory O'Connor (also known as Nitemoves), and Chris Taylor from Grizzly Bear.

In a recent interview, Hansen described Infinite Health as a project reflecting hope for the future while paying homage to the past. He centered the creative process around themes of mental health and well-being, stating, "At the end of the day, all we really have is our health – both physical and mental." The album draws upon a range of influences, with tracks such as "Green" and "Restraint" embodying a mixture of post-rock and psychedelia.

What sets this album apart is its focus on rhythmic elements and structured breaks. Hansen elaborated on this sonic exploration, sharing, "The big overarching concept… was 'Let's try to make this sound as different as possible, while still holding true to our roots'." This direction culminates in an engaging musical journey, highlighted by standout singles like the 80s-inspired "Phantom" and the album's title track featuring artist Cautious Clay.

Tycho's Infinite Health is now available on various streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, and TIDAL. Fans and new listeners alike can expect a thoroughly introspective and uplifting experience as they engage with the album's emotive landscapes.
