This position will support the Senior Manager of Sync Licensing and involve a range of tasks associated with synchronization licensing and administrative functions for Downtown Music Publishing's extensive catalog.

Job Responsibilities:
The selected candidate will draft and negotiate license agreements for various media, including film, television, advertising, and video games. They will also work with production companies on redline agreements, follow up on license invoices, and cultivate relationships with licensees. The role includes identifying new opportunities for utilizing Downtown's diverse catalog and handling additional duties as required.

Candidate Qualifications:
A qualified applicant will bring 1-2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a music publishing, label, or synchronization agent environment. They should possess a solid understanding of music publishing, licensing, and copyright, alongside exceptional organizational and communication skills. Working Environment:
