Geneva Jacuzzi, the L.A. singer-songwriter and producer, has returned with her highly anticipated third studio album, 'Triple Fire.' This marks her first full-length release since 2016's 'Technophelia' and follows the reissue of her cult classic, 'Lamaze.' Two decades into her recording career, Jacuzzi is still notable for crafting cerebral body music that resonates on both the dance floor and in high-art spaces.

The journey of Geneva Garvin began in Encinitas, California, when she stumbled upon a Bauhaus box set at Lou's Records, igniting her passion for music. After relocating to Los Angeles at the age of 18, she immersed herself in the local club scene, drawing influences from artists spanning genres like synth-pop, darkwave, and disco. Over the years, she has honed her craft from lo-fi bedroom recordings to lush, layered productions, while still retaining her DIY ethos.

In an interview with The FADER, Jacuzzi described her evolving relationship with performance spaces, stating that her ideal venue is a museum where an immersive and artful experience can unfold. This sentiment resonates throughout 'Triple Fire' as she pays tribute to the connections she has formed throughout her career.

The album features songs laden with personal narratives and fantastical characters that reflect both her experiences and literary influences. Tracks like "Nu2U" channel a primordial entity's existential musings, while "Laps of Luxury" captures a cinematic narrative of escape and reflection in a world of wealth.

The first singles from 'Triple Fire,' particularly "Dry" and "Scene Ballerina," offer a glimpse into her eclectic blend of funky beats and offbeat lyrics. The music videos accompanying these tracks incorporate elements of witchcraft, tarot, and contemporary culture, adding layers of meaning to her art.

As Geneva Jacuzzi continues to explore the boundless intersections of art and music, 'Triple Fire' serves as a lasting testament to her resilience, creativity, and the friendships that fuel her work within the contemporary landscape of electronic pop music.
