In this role, the appointed candidate will oversee all digital platforms for AWAL, including social media channels, website, and blog, ensuring a dynamic online presence. Responsibilities include crafting innovative content strategies, managing social media campaigns, collaborating with internal teams and artists, and driving engagement through high-quality content initiatives. Further, the manager will be instrumental in organizing AWAL branded events and industry submissions, enhancing the brand’s visibility within the music space.

The ideal candidate will possess at least three years of experience in a similar environment, showcasing a proven track record in executing effective marketing campaigns and understanding social media analytics. They should also exhibit excellent storytelling skills, project management abilities, and a keen eye for aesthetics to authentically represent the AWAL brand.
