Oak View Group (OVG) is currently hiring for the role of Alcohol Compliance Manager. This position is pivotal to ensuring that the company adheres to all regulatory requirements and internal policies concerning the sale and distribution of alcohol within its operations. As an Alcohol Compliance Manager, the individual will monitor compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, develop training for staff, and conduct routine audits and inspections.
The role requires the ideal candidate to possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in alcohol compliance and regulatory affairs, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of alcohol-related laws. Communication and analytical skills are essential, as the manager will need to educate and influence various stakeholders within OVG.
Compensation for this part-time position is set at an hourly wage of $60, along with benefits including a 401(k) savings plan. Employees working part-time and on an internship basis will accumulate one hour of paid leave for every 30 hours worked, up to 48 hours per year.
