Razorlight has shared their new single, "Zombie Love," on September 14, 2024, further building excitement for their upcoming album, Planet Nowhere, slated for release on October 25, 2024. Following earlier releases, "Scared of Nothing" and "Empire Service," the band showcases their enduring knack for catchy songwriting, reminiscent of their early-2000s success. The track features spiky punk influences, energetic rhythms, and vintage synths, with lyrics from frontman Johnny Borrell exploring the complexities of on-again-off-again relationships.

Borrell expressed his gratitude toward fans and mentioned that "Zombie Love" marks the first song he wrote upon reuniting with bandmate Andy Burrows. The writing process was inspired by influences such as Outkast and Beck’s Midnite Vultures. The album was produced at Space Mountain studio in Spain by Grammy-winning producer Youth.

To coincide with the album release, Razorlight has announced an extensive record store tour that includes performances and signing sessions at various locations across the UK. They will kick off the tour on October 25 in London at Rough Trade East, followed by stops in cities including Birmingham, Liverpool, and Newcastle.

The band will also undertake a sold-out underplay tour in October, leading up to a celebratory show at O2 Academy Brixton on November 21, 2024, in honor of the 20th anniversary of their debut album, Up All Night. Razorlight's classic lineup, consisting of Borrell, Bjrn agren, Carl Dalemo, and Andy Burrows, aims to reconnect with fans as they celebrate this new chapter in their music career.

Planet Nowhere is currently available for pre-order. Merchandise options include limited edition vinyl and signed artwork.
