The Weeknd, whose real name is Abel Tesfaye, performed a highly anticipated one-night-only concert on September 7, 2024, at the Estádio MorumBIS in São Paulo, Brazil. This performance, part of his ongoing 'After Hours Til Dawn Tour', showcased a mix of his biggest hits and marked the debut of eight new songs from his forthcoming album 'Hurry Up Tomorrow'.

The concert was live-streamed, captivating an audience of around 75,000 attendees along with millions tuning in online. For the show, the artist promised a unique experience, which included a reimagined setlist and innovative production elements. Notably, he collaborated with the UN World Food Programme, donating $1 from each ticket to aid in the fight against global hunger through the XO Humanitarian Fund.

At the start of the concert, The Weeknd debuted two new tracks, dubbed by fans as 'Fades to Black / Run Away' and 'Wake Me Up'. He transitioned into popular tracks from his 2020 album 'After Hours', performing songs such as the title track, 'Too Late', 'Escape from LA', and 'Take My Breath'.

Special guests included Playboi Carti, who performed during the set, and Brazilian artist Anitta, who joined The Weeknd on stage for an unreleased number thought to be titled 'So Paulo'. Other unreleased songs showcased during the concert included 'Take Me Back to LA', 'Dancing in the Flames', and 'Let's End It All'. The performance closed with the title track from his upcoming album and featured his chart-topping hits such as 'Save Your Tears', 'Less Than Zero', and 'Blinding Lights', the latter of which has made history as Spotify's most-streamed song, reaching 4 billion streams.
