Acclaimed indie band Fightmilk have officially announced their highly anticipated third studio album, No Souvenirs, set for release on November 15, 2024. The album, which has been three years in the making, consists of 12 tracks that promise a combination of intricate riffage, poignant pop hooks, and an exploration of heartfelt emotions, all delivered with an infectious energy.

Preceding the album's release, Fightmilk have shared the title track and second single, "No Souvenirs," a stirring reflection on loss and remembrance. Lead vocalist Lily describes the song as a deeply personal tribute to coping with the death of a loved one, revealing that her close friend passed away in 2013. "It took ten years to write about it in a way that felt right, because I kept trying to articulate him and couldn't get it down on paper," she explained. The song navigates the delicate balance of honoring a life while also embracing the notion of moving on.

Guitarist Alex praised the single as possibly the best song the band has ever written and emphasized its foundational role in shaping the album.

Fans can look forward to more tracks from No Souvenirs, including "Summer Bodies," "Canines," and "Banger #7," all of which add layers to the band’s eclectic sound. The full tracklist has generated buzz within the indie community, further building excitement towards the album's release.
