Fred again.. has just dropped his latest studio album titled ten days, marking the producer's second release of the summer following his previous USB LP. This new project comprises ten tracks, each detailing ten specific days from his life.
The artist explained that while there have been many grand experiences in the past year, the album captures the significance of quiet, intimate moments. In a recent Instagram post, Fred again.. shared insights into the album’s creation and themes, describing a transformative personal experience: "Basically what happened is I fell in love and then a lot of glowy and very lifted up days started to happen. Some time after everything changed and the days were sorta blurry and actually really just mostly numb. Numb is scary I've learned. Then there were regretful days, and then there was now, which is actually like deep panic to be honest. All that stuff I learned about grief, like not being linear and stuff — it turns out that's love too."
Among the featured tracks, the standout single places to be includes contributions from artists such as Anderson .Paak and CHIKA, along with notable collaborations from various contributors, including Obongjayar, Jozzy, and Four Tet. The album is currently available for streaming on platforms like Spotify and Apple Music.
With this new project, Fred again.. continues to explore and express the intricate emotions connected to love and grief through his music, adding depth to his growing discography.
