Australian producer Hydraulix has made a notable return with his latest guest mix for FUXWITHIT. Following the release of his NERVES EP on Wakaan earlier this year, Hydraulix has shown a remarkable ability to produce high-energy tracks, having independently released several titles including 'duCk huNT' and the popular bass track 'HAWT' in collaboration with Oski. Recently, he contributed a track titled 'I Spit Da Fire' to the We Are Deadbeats Vol. 6 compilation.

In his recent interview, Hydraulix shared insights about his creative process and his busy year, which he described as being fulfilling and productive. "I've been doing a lot of self-releases which I’ve been loving, it's a very freeing process," he said. In his guest mix, listeners can anticipate a collection of unreleased tracks showcasing deeper tunes reflective of his evolving sound.

When asked about his biggest musical influences, Hydraulix named artists such as Flume, Labrinth, Skrillex, TroyBoi, and Billie Eilish as key figures who inspire his work. He expressed excitement over the reception of 'HAWT', particularly having it supported by well-known DJs like Four Tet and Zeds Dead.

As for future projects, Hydraulix confirmed that a full EP with Oski is in the works, stating, "It's happening. We've got all the tracks there, just getting it all finished up.” Moreover, he hinted at upcoming collaborations with Tempa T and various artists that he admires.

In addition to his musical endeavors, Hydraulix shared glimpses of his personal life, admitting to being a homebody who enjoys watching Rugby League and spending time with his dog. He emphasized the importance of perseverance for aspiring artists, encouraging them not to get discouraged amidst the industry's ups and downs.

With his inventive style and diverse influences, Hydraulix continues to solidify his place within the electronic music scene, leaving fans eager for what’s next. For those interested, his guest mix is now available through the Guest Mixes section of FUXWITHIT.
