Linkin Park's lead guitarist, Brad Delson, has announced that he will not participate in the upcoming reunion tour set to support the release of their new album, From Zero. Delson confirmed his role in the album's creation, stating his preference for studio work rather than live performances. In a recent interview, he emphasized that he thrives in a creative environment focused on recording and songwriting, which he sees as his primary contribution to the band moving forward.

Despite Delson's absence from the stage, he remains a key figure in shaping the sound of From Zero. His decision marks a pivotal moment for Linkin Park as they welcome new members into their lineup. The album release follows the successful 20th anniversary edition of Meteora, which had reignited fan interest and nostalgia in the band.

Linkin Park has announced six tour dates for 2024, with the potential for further extensions into 2025. The new lineup will showcase Dead Sara's Emily Armstrong as co-vocalist and drummer Colin Brittain. Tickets for the upcoming shows are set to go on sale on September 13 at 10 AM local time, and fans are eagerly looking forward to experiencing the updated lineup live for the first time after a prolonged hiatus.
