Nicki Minaj has announced plans to release a deluxe version of her latest album, Pink Friday 2, titled Pink Friday 2: Gag City Reloaded. Initially launched in December 2023, this marks Minaj's first full-length album in five years. During an Instagram Live session earlier this week, she teased her followers with details about the deluxe edition, confirming its imminent arrival but leaving specific release dates open-ended. "I will be doing a deluxe version of Pink Friday 2. It's going to be out soon. Do I have the exact dates for you? No. Is it coming out this week? No. But it's coming," Minaj stated in the livestream, according to HipHopDX.
As part of the announcement, Minaj played snippets from the upcoming deluxe edition. Among the tracks discussed was a collaboration with the late Juice WRLD, which had previously leaked, sparking speculation about its inclusion in the new release. Additionally, she shared a previously unreleased verse from Camila Cabello’s "Hot Uptown" featuring Drake, hinting at more surprises for fans. Minaj posed a question to her audience: "So, the question is do you guys think I should put the Juice WRLD song on the deluxe? It would be incredible for me I think to have Juice WRLD on this album."
